Why people choose Sortfully
Sorted, not just marked
Prioritize my inbox marks incoming mail as high, normal or low priority, and you sort or filter by it. The mail stays in your Inbox. A preview for some customers lets you ask Copilot to move a sender's mail or set up a rule, but it acts only when you ask, one request at a time. Sortfully files every message on its own, by sender, all day.
Your backlog, filed too
Copilot's priority markers only cover new mail in the Inbox. Sortfully can run a cleanup that files your existing mail, so older messages end up in the right folders as well.
No AI to approve
If your firm hasn't approved AI for client email, Sortfully uses none, so there's no AI to sign off. And if a sorted inbox is all you'd buy Copilot for, £5 a mailbox a month is around a quarter of the monthly Copilot Business price.

Questions
Can Copilot sort my Outlook inbox into folders?
Not on its own today. Prioritize my inbox marks mail by priority without moving it. A preview for Frontier customers lets you ask Copilot to move a sender's mail or create a rule, but it only acts when you ask, one request at a time.
Can I use Copilot and Sortfully together?
Yes. Prioritize my inbox only looks at mail in your Inbox, and by default Sortfully files a message only after you've read it, so Copilot still sees new mail first.
Does Sortfully use AI?
No. There's no AI model, no machine-learning classifier and no language model anywhere in Sortfully, and your mail is never sent to an AI service. Filing follows plain rules: your own overrides first, then the organisation that sent the message.
Will Sortfully delete my email?
No. Sortfully moves or tags mail, and any filing can be undone from your activity log. Its code blocks deleting messages, and it never moves mail to Trash or Deleted Items. The only thing it ever removes is a folder that is already empty.
What can Sortfully see?
The details it needs to file mail: who sent a message, which folder it's in, when it arrived, whether it's been read, its Outlook categories and technical IDs. It also reads your folder names and Outlook rules. The subject line and sender address are saved to your activity log too; that's on by default and can be switched off, and on a team, admins can see it. Message bodies and attachments are never read; the code is built to refuse them.
How much does Sortfully cost?
Standard is £5 per mailbox a month, or £50 a year. Business, which adds team management, is £9 per mailbox a month, or £90 a year. Prices exclude VAT. New customers get a 14 day free trial, no card required.
